Boarding is scheduled in 24 hour increments. If your fur baby needs to stay longer than the 24 hours, please select this option to account for the additional time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients get a full refund, less any transaction fees, if they cancel by noon one week before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
